Seven Dials Fund Management was established in 2002, Seven Dials Financial in 2004 and Seven Dials Light Industrial ltd in 2020. The principles have highly respected track records in investment management with a reputation in the industry for a forensic approach to investment.

The businesses’ origins lie in research and analysis of real estate investment, with expertise in financial modelling and financial structuring for real estate funds.

Brett, Darren, Stephen and Mickola all worked together at Guardian Royal Exchange, where Brett was the Fund Manager for the GRE Life Fund with £7billion asset under management and Mickola was Managing Director of Guardian Properties, Darren was a real estate fund manager and Stephen was head of research. At Teesland they worked together on several key projects including the launch of Teesland Advantage Property Income Trust, a UK quoted Investment Company.

Today, the principles all have additional roles working with clients in specialist areas, providing consultancy and fulfilling non-executive posts.
