Seven Dials creates and manages property funds, primarily designed for the private investor and investing institutions without in house property expertise.
The company currently manages two funds and runs a number of joint venture contracts. The funds comprise:
- The Seven Dials European Property Fund, a fund of funds investing in European markets
- Lightstone Properties plc, a property company investing in commercial property in the UK
The Principals of the business have long established reputations in the property investment market and are well known for the depth of their management expertise and highly innovative approach to the structuring of investment products for both the institutional and private investor market. The team members have long track records in delivering additional performance from property assets through applying detailed analysis to stock selection and the use of added value techniques to improve values. Funds managed by the team in their previous roles have delivered strong performances generally above their benchmark.
Seven Dials was originally established to provide institutional quality research and analysis to the private investor. These techniques are now applied in house, bringing together a high level of expertise in fund analysis with a wide breadth of knowledge of the property investment markets across Europe.
The Company conducts investment business through Seven Dials Financial which is regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
